Now you need to find out your BMR which is your Basal Metabolic Rate. This is how many calories you would burn by just resting and keeping your body functioning like breathing, cell division etc. This number does not include calories from exercise, this is additional calorie burn.

Now you have your BMR you need to know what todo with this number. Depending if you want to build muscle or lose fat we need to manipulate your calorie number, this is working out your MACROS.
