Our Women’s Strength Camp, 3 times a week you will be able to build muscle in your legs, arms, shoulders and back allowing you to not only gain strength, but to lose fat and tone-up in the process.
Our women’s strength and fitness classes take place at our Saddleworth private gym, meaning you will be training with other members and likeminded people with similar goals, allowing you to motivate each other and achieve your targets.
Each of our training classes, including Women’s Strength Camp, has a limited number of spaces and is lead by one of our talented personal trainers, meaning not only will you build your strength, you’ll gain confidence when it comes to your own workout sessions within our private gym.
