Strength Camp runs three times a week — Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 6pm — in our private gym. We run separate workouts for men and women so you’re in the right environment to train hard. Every session is professionally coached and fully programmed for you, so all you need to do is turn up and we’ll handle the rest. And don’t worry — we’ll keep you accountable so you don’t miss a session.
